I bought a new rogue, after we paid for the car and went to pick it up we saw a horrible damage on the passenger door (internally) and the glass was in trouble, we talked to the seller and he took the car t to pick it up we saw a horrible damage on the passenger door (internally) and the glass was in trouble, we talked to the seller and he took the car to the workshop and came back with the same thing, after 1 week we took it again and they just PAINTED where the damage was, but they painted it with a HORRIBLE color, totally out of the normal color. and then we asked for it to be exchanged, the manager RUBEN and the seller LUIS said that in 7 days the “new door” would arrive, and in the meantime my husband contacted the seller and he said that the part had not arrived yet . After 2 months, TODAY we received a call from a person from the dealer saying that the car needs to be taken there, for them to VERIFY which model they need to ORDER, since the order was supposed to have been placed 2 months ago. I bought NEW CAR, not a used car. THIS IS A COMPLETE DISRESPECT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. More
