WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at a Dealership!! Drove 50 min,Car was sposed to be out front. Salesperson approached , asked which car again?(no communication obviously) She went to get car, 10 min.later (now 20 min was sposed to be out front. Salesperson approached , asked which car again?(no communication obviously) She went to get car, 10 min.later (now 20 min,past appt. time )she said follow me, I’ll take you to the car. We walked the length of a FOOTBALL FIELD, ended up outside service area where she pointed to the car, explaining they needed to fix a part in the sunroof! Car was FILTHY, the sunroof was visibly “hanging down” inside the car! Husband furious by then, said “we drove 50 minutes, walked 1/8th mile to see a filthy car that is waiting for broken sunroof to be fixed?!” “Wait” she said, “don’t you want to see the engine?!” “ Or we have the same car in Black, would you want to see that one?!” no! We trekked back toward dealership (past 3 golf carts by Entrance saleslady at least could have taken us in to see car!) husband spoke (yelled at) Sales mgr, who then tried to steer us away from earshot of other customers- and said, I’m sorry sir, would you like to see a Black one we have on site?! Unbelievable! Do you think anyone tried to contact us (after we calmed down on our 50 minute drive home!) to apologize for treating us like this? No. Stay away from this meat market of inconsiderate salespeople! More

Car salesman was nice and helpful. Price fair with some haggling. The owed me a refund of a couple thousand dollars from trade in.. it has been difficult to get an update and almost a month and still not haggling.
