So great we bought 2!! My husband was looking for a new car and had done his research, test driving and pros & cons list making and settled on a new V90 xcountry T6 wagon. I had been looking to sell my Mercedes GL350 bluetec but when test driving vehicles could not find anything comparable that would come close to the comfort, gas mileage, amenities that I was custom to. Johnny was so kind and patient when dealing with my husband and I. He took me out test driving in many XC90s and I realized this safe reliable clean air vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and patient as we had our two children with us. They were great at explaining all the new computerized functions of the vehicles & have been available for all questions since!!! Go check them out. They are busy so be patient. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. He was great at keeping in touch via email and answering my numerous questions and was always personable to work with. Experience was so good, when it came time to buy, my wife got a new XC90 also! The rest of the team was excellent as well. Fair trade in values for both cars. Worked with pricing and helped us with needed components and upgrades. Jeff was a great manager. Spoke directly with us through the whole buying process. There were no closed door meetings, everything was straightforward and explained well. Sealing the finance deal with AJ was a cinch and he explained everything well. Overall, the most hassle free buying experience I've ever had. No pressure tactics. The new products are also amazing and am enjoying my new wagon immensely. More
