He was responsive, friendly and very willing to answer all of my questions. He was easy to work with and helped me get the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I was able to complete the credit application and received approval before even walking into the dealership. When I arrived the car was ready and waiting for me. Greg Cole had all of the financial documents ready for my review and signature. I was out of there within 2 hours. Car shopping can be a very stressful experience and University Volvo made it easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend contacting University Volvo before any of the competing dealers in the area. I always consider the alternatives but after trying (hard !) I came back and bought the second Volvo from AJ. It was a pleasure working with him, he's always responsive and without the usual tricks that the car salesmen are known for. He seems to know his business very well and he's also knowledgeable about car specs, a huge plus for me. The fact he was responding to my emails in (almost) real time increased my consideration for him. My impression after 2 purchases and negotiations with University Volvo is that they will go to great extent to earn the business. I wish I was living closer to their dealership.
