Overall worked was performed at a good value for the oil change and tire rotation. Service also did a Sync update. When you take your car or truck to Uptown you are treated like they really care about "YOU". Over the years they are used to caring for Lincoln buyers who expect that top end treatment. they don't care what like they really care about "YOU". During my visit to the Service Dept. at Uptown Ford the entire staff treated me like I was the owner. At one point I even felt like I was only customer in the building! Work was completed as agreed. Most of the cost was covered by the maintenance insurance except the $75 shipping fee for the transmission. Nothing but good thins to say. From the moment I walked in the Body Shop door to the minute I picked up my again beautiful truck at the front door I was nothing but amazed.
