Our goal is to always dispatch every vehicle in as efficient manner as possible, even on exceptionally busy days. Normally, our technicians begin working on a vehicle promptly at it’s scheduled appointment time. However, certain factors can lead to a delay, ranging from an employee calling in sick to unexpected complications with another vehicle. Please keep in mind we do offer several options to try to maximize servicing convenience such as Concierge pickup and drop-off of your vehicle, complimentary shuttle service, or courtesy loaners (when available).
