Jimmy immediately determined that the paint is under warranty and that he would coordinate with Ned at the body shop at Val Ward to schedule the work be done. Ned greeted my wife and I, gave me a thorough assessment of the work to be done, set us up with a 2017 SRX as a courtesy to us for the work to be done. The work was done on schedule as promised and we are thoroughly satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and work that had been done.
