I love the warm welcome when I go into the service dept. Jane is such a lovely lady. I loved that every time, I go onto the service dept. Jane is the person that always takes care of what’s going on with my car. I love that if my car is going to be in the shop most of the day. There is someone to bring me home. Or someone to come and pick up my vehicle and return it to me. I just love the customer service at. Val Ward Cadillac. Everyone is just so pleasant and so polite and very helpful. Some service dept. I dread going into but never at Val Ward. They treat you like a person and not a number. The manager from the body shop has really been so awesome in working with me. And Patty as well.
