We hate to see that you had a negative experience with our dealership. Although lengthy, we do appreciate the detail of your feedback so that we can continue to improve our customer experience. Unfortunately, we were not notified when this review was originally posted, so forgive us for the delayed response. It does sound like a mistake was made in your particular case, and we do apologize for that error. There must have been a miscommunication between the Advisors and the Technicians, which although rare, unfortunately does occasionally occur. Again, we apology for that error and we appreciate your identifying it as such. However, to then inflate your isolated negative experience into a broad-brush indictment of our Service Department and our dealership at large is a gross overgeneralization. Unless you are willing to dismiss the clear evidence of our ethical and preferred practices based on the personal and documented testimonies of our thousands of perfectly pleased customers as them being ignorant or manipulated against their will, then you have to otherwise reconcile the fact that your experience does not match the overwhelming majority opinion. Failure to uphold a standard is not equivalent to a nonexistent or immoral standard. We diligently strive to build lifelong relationships with our customers, built upon the foundation of open, honest, and ongoing communication. We wholeheartedly believe that this is the only way to build and sustain a business, and thanks to the ongoing loyalty of satisfied customers that experienced this standard first-hand in their own interactions with our business, we have established ourselves as the area's leading dealership. Yet even still, human error is built into the fabric of existence as well as our business, so all we can do is apologize and seek to right any wrongs. We understand your perspective, and hopefully you understand ours, too. If you would like to discuss it further, we welcome a phone call to our Service Manager, Terrill Head. Once again, we always want to right any wrongs as we strive to cultivate a trusting relationship with quality services being provided for you and all of our customers.
