This is my first time at the Valencia BMW dealership. It was a pleasant experience, Bill Parks was very knowledgeable and friendly and did the job right. My recent experience with BMW Valencia was nothing short of a complete disappointment and disaster. I am appalled by the deceitful and dishonest practices I encountered at this dealership and if I could giv of a complete disappointment and disaster. To begin with, I visited the dealership after finding a few BMW iX models I was interested in at what seemed like a reasonable price. After discussing the terms with the salesperson Maryo who was actually an honest and hard working salesman, we reached an agreement on a lease price. The deal was signed, my credit score was run, and I was sent to the finance office to finalize the deal. I was relieved and excited to finally get my first dream car. As a physician, this has been something i have looked forward to since my first day of med school 10 years ago. I paid my 1st months deposit and everything was going smoothly. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of my ordeal. As I continued to complete the purchase with the finance manager, I was shocked to discover that the dealership refused to honor the price we had agreed upon and signed. They claimed that it a mistake was made and that the tax rebate was unable to be applied to the price so in fact actual price was $6000 higher. I was dumbfounded and felt completely deceived. It was clear that this was nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in. They had pigeonholed me into getting a vehicle with them after already taking my deposit and running my credit score, putting a hard inquiry on my credit report. To make matters worse, the dealership showed no remorse or willingness to rectify the situation. They were dismissive and unsympathetic to the fact that I had relied on their commitment. I understand that mistakes happen, however this business is not new. They have been around for a long time and this mistake should have been caught WELL before running my credit and taking my deposit. This $6000 mistake was put on me instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. Both Zayn Abdel-Kader and Niko Karvunidis should be ashamed of themselves and let go from their responsibilities for their shady business tactics. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated and cheated. It is deeply unsettling to encounter such unethical behavior from a dealership that is supposed to represent a reputable brand like BMW. I expected better treatment and professionalism, but instead, I was met with deception and a complete lack of integrity. Again, I understand mistakes happen. As a doctor, I myself have made mistakes and but I own up to them and never put the blame on my patients. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with BMW Valencia to think twice. Their inability to honor their own signed agreements, coupled with their dismissive attitude towards customers, is a clear indication of their lack of ethics and integrity. Save yourself the disappointment and find a dealership that values transparency and treats their customers with respect. I been customer of Valencia BMW since 2005. So far I had good experience every time I came, until this last time. On June 5 2023 I brought my car in for service and I decided to purchase extended service plan for $2,000. Upon pick up my vehicle I paid the $2K then on June 6 I noticed it was an additional $2K charge from Valencia BMW. So I "tried" to contact someone to find out I was charge twice for same thing. After 6 phone calls and getting the run around who I needed to talk to, I still have not got my problem solve. As a today June 7 no one have returned my call. I hope it does not come down for me to drive 2hrs round trip to the dealer because I wont be a happy camper ! Very disappointed with Valencia BMW for their customer service, not sure If I go back again. They might just lost a customer. More
