We always strive to meet every expectation and properly take care of our guests, and I sincerely apologize that we fell short in your case. Modern vehicles are complex machines with many moving components that can fail over time. Per the manufacturer’s required diagnostic process, the first step was to replace the transmission fluid. Once that service was completed, we were able to continue the diagnosis, which revealed an internal transmission failure. At that point, we were able to move forward with the warranty process. This is exactly what the manufacturer’s warranty is designed for—to cover the repair or replacement of failed components. Unfortunately, routine maintenance services are not covered by the manufacturer. I’m glad to hear that Jordan took excellent care of you and kept you informed throughout the process. Communication is extremely important to us. As a gesture of goodwill, I would like to assist with a portion of the costs you incurred.
