Thank you for your honest feedback. While we’re glad to hear our service representative was professional, this is not the level of thoroughness or attention to detail we expect from our team. Not being able to identify the root cause of the battery issue, the repeated concern with the squeaking seat, and especially returning your vehicle with the battery compartment not properly reassembled are all unacceptable. On a vehicle that’s only a year old, these concerns should be clearly diagnosed and resolved—not revisited multiple times. We take this seriously and would like the opportunity to correct it properly. I’d like to personally have our service leadership review your visit, ensure the seat concern is addressed correctly, and confirm the battery system is fully inspected and reassembled to factory standards.
