4.9 would be more accurate. I came in because I was told I had a taillight out. I was glad it could be handled within 2 hours, without making an appointment and at a minimal cost. I contacted the dealership for a 40,000-mile service and a low-pressure tire. They were able to make a next-day appointment. I dropped the car off Thursday night for a 7:30 a.m. appointment. They called me at 1:00pm to ask if I wanted to plug the tire (free) or patch it for $34.99. I opted for the patch. Called me back at 3:30pm to let me know the car was ready.
