Craig was extremely helpful while I was in for service for my current vehicle. Even though I wasn't looking to purchase a vehicle that day he went out of his way to help answer all of my questions. The downfall, when Roush Ford bought it from Jim Keim Ford. Now everything has gone downhill. The past three appointments I have had for an oil change and tire rotation have taken 2+ hours. The waiting room is standard but the wait is entirely to long. They will tell you it’ll be about an hour and it turns into two every time. No explanation other than, we are busy. That wouldn’t be an issue If they said up front it would be around two hours. Also, appointments do not take priority, they just put you in the pecking order with walk-ins. Truly disappointed and now will be taking my business else where. We all wish that the people who ran Jim Keim where back in charge. More
service customer service Customer service is a dying art, but not at the service department. My usual service guy is Pete. He wasn't there today. Travis Nukes did a fantastic Customer service is a dying art, but not at the service department. My usual service guy is Pete. He wasn't there today. Travis Nukes did a fantastic job in answering all my questions. Travis went out of his way to look at my vehicle and get the quote I wanted. While Travis was checking with the parts department no less than four different people ask if I had been waited on. You can bet I will be Roush customer. Thank you for being a business where customer service is not a lost art. Tommy R Lewis More
Warranty repair I took my Ford Focus into Roush to have them work on the transmission, all started out well, I was given a “loaner car” and sent on my way. A week lat I took my Ford Focus into Roush to have them work on the transmission, all started out well, I was given a “loaner car” and sent on my way. A week later and my car was ready for pickup. When I was given the loaner I told several service members that I would be driving the car a lot, I was told it was fine. When I gave the loaner back, there was a scratch and dent that was present when I was given the car but wasn’t on the paperwork. Once the service team saw this, the customer service went from okay to absolutely horrid. I was told that I was not allowed to have MY car back until I admitted to the damage. The service manager, Bryan, was unhappy with the amount of mileage put on my car even though I told the woman at the counter and she said the mileage was okay. Especially when the reason I was being given a loaner was due to transmission issues that we’re not my fault. Everyone treated me like a criminal that destroyed their car over a quarter sized dent and some scratching on the rim that (as I will continue to say) was not caused by me. The woman behind the counter comes out and tells everyone that I absolutely caused the damage and was extremely loud and rude about it. I was eventually given my car so I could leave. After leaving in tears over the situation Bryan calls me to tell me they found paperwork on the vehicle and they now know I did not cause the damage. I appreciated the apology given but I can’t express the frustration I felt with this dealerships service department. My vehicle was also fixed (as far as I can tell) which I am thankful for, but I will never recommend or return to Roush Ford again, and will NEVER buy from Ford again. Regardless of what happened, there was absolutely ZERO reason to be treated as worthlessly as I was, and absolutely zero reason to be threatened into admitting to something I didn’t do. More
Price way over estimate on service!! The last two times I have had my vehicle serviced at Roush Ford, they have gone way over the estimate on my final total, and kept my car 3-4 days long The last two times I have had my vehicle serviced at Roush Ford, they have gone way over the estimate on my final total, and kept my car 3-4 days longer than stated they would, causing me to lose work time. Luke Price, the tech I worked with was untruthful in his price quotes, overcharging me $120 without adequate explanation. More
Excellent Service Department My college age son and his friend were traveling from Texas to New York for a college fishing tournament. They broke down in the middle of the night My college age son and his friend were traveling from Texas to New York for a college fishing tournament. They broke down in the middle of the night and were towed to Roush Ford on Friday morning. I just knew there would be no way to get anybody to work on his truck this late in the week. Roush Ford proved me wrong and by 10:00 am they had his truck on the rack and went to work on it. At 1:30 pm they were calling me and his truck was fixed. I am totally amazed how quickly their service department is! I cannot express how thankful I am for your prompt service and helping these guys get back on the road to New York! Everyone at Roush is very friendly and very helpful! This place is top notch in my book!!! More

I took it to Roush and they tried to fix it. The car ended up having to go back 3 or 4 times because there were several missing parts from the initial body work in Cleveland which was causing the leak. After the initial appointment, Roush had me bring the car back in and worked on it for free and they also stuck me in a complimentary loaner vehicle at no charge since I still had a leak. They couldn’t isolate the leak the first few times but they didn’t penalize me as a customer, and they did everything they could so solve the problem with minimal inconvenience to me. They didn’t do the initial work that allowed the leak to start but they fixed it and the Fusion is leak free! They have the best customer service of any dealer I’ve been to. I plan on sticking with them! More

Horrible service department Brought in my 2017 f150 to fix frozen door latches per the recall. Was told it was a half day fix and they would call at the end of the day to tell me Brought in my 2017 f150 to fix frozen door latches per the recall. Was told it was a half day fix and they would call at the end of the day to tell me the status. I got a call the next day at 1pm to inform me the car wasn’t fixed because the technician couldn’t replicate the problem. It was a low of 26 degrees and I’m sure they took their time to see if the doors were frozen. This is the first winter I have had the truck. Among the few cold days this year my doors have froze and would not open/shut 5-6 mornings. I guess I’ll be out in the driveway on cold mornings thawing out my doors with a hair dryer. More
