I'm sure many of us can say that car shopping isn't exactly a stress free event by any means so I wasn't looking forward to the "dealership experience". I was slated to drive a ways away but just to come across a vehicle in Valley Honda's inventory so I made a call to see it beforehand. Luckily it was Andy who serviced my call and took care of me upon arrival. He was incredibly easy to work with, was very personable, and never rushed me at any point. It was probably the only time I've ever felt at ease and treated genuinely during any vehicle purchase. He walked me through every step and let me know all the information needed before making my mind up. Not to mention, he was able to retain his professional attitude during a hectic Saturday as well. Needless to say, I never ended up seeing that other car, but if I wouldn't have worked with Andy on that day chances are that I just might have. If anyone out there is looking for a vehicle, I would greatly advise them to stop by and visit Andy. More
