Dan Pantalone was very patient with my list of my questions and he was able to answer every single one. I was so excited about driving that CR-V home when filling all the paperwork that I completely lost track of time. Before I knew it, my parents, Dan, and I were the last ones to leave the dealership. It was past 8:30pm when taking into consideration that the dealer closes at 6:00pm on a Saturday made me feel like an appreciated costumer and at no moment did I feel rushed. Later, on Monday I received a call from Dan asking how everything was going with the CR-V :-) Wow! This was an extension of his friendliness! Thank-you very much Dan! (oh, and he also called me soon after to tell me that I qualified for a student graduate discount. - I'm telling you, he is the best!) More

I found a few at Valley Honda and decided to contact the dealership. I worked with Steve Grady over the phone and via email and he kept me appraised of new Pilots that fit my criteria. Over the next week, when the perfect one appeared, Steve contacted me right away with the details. I was at the dealership the next morning to work with Steve in person. Note that I live over 40 miles away from this dealership and still made the trip. Overall, I had a great buying experience and I now own the perfect SUV for my family. Five stars just do not seem to give the dealership justice. I have been involved in four separate purchase/lease transactions at Valley Honda and the experiences seem to get better and better! How many dealerships have you been to, where you just can't wait to go back? Well I cannot wait for the little wrench to light up on my dashboard so I can go visit with my "friends" once again! Either I lead a very sad existence, or the employees at Valley Honda are just THAT good! :) Let's go with the latter and leave out my lack of social time. It is a step up from my social time afforded to me when the self checkout lady at Meijer talks to me on grocery day. She is so mundane, always saying the same thing, with the same tone. Very monotonous. Monotonous..... Valley Honda is not. I have a distinct belief, that although this dealership IS in fact a dealership and is in the business of selling a product, they really are interested in making you, the consumer happy. This has always been apparent to me and has kept my family returning to do business. I feel our questions or concerns are always addressed appropriately and professionally. Our thoughts and feelings are important on a personal level and the sales staff I have been in contact with, have shown their genuine interest in providing you the best car buying experience possible. Thank you to the people I have been in most recent contact with and who definitely deserve a mention in my review. If you are reading this review and are looking to purchase a solid product with people who really care about making your experience a "1000 star experience", ask to speak with: Sales Consultants - Aldo or Eileen (Both professional, personable, knowledgeable and accommodating!) Sales Managers - Kurt or Nick (Both genuinely interested in your experience and will go to bat for you to get you a great deal and make things happen!) Service Director - Joe Navarre (Joe is very compassionate and is quick to resolve any service issues or concerns. If you ever have an issue in the service department, Joe will take care of you. We have used the service department since moving to the area in 2006 and take our Honda's nowhere else! We did have an issue with a vehicle that was not able to be resolved despite several attempts, but in the end Valley Honda came through and there was a very satisfactory resolution. (This was a mechanical issue that we feel was present when the vehicle first arrived at the dealership. It was a unique situation but I wanted to mention it, so you know that despite unusual situations or situations that are not the norm, there was indeed a resolution that only further reiterates why I love Valley Honda! Owner - Bob Navarre - I had a chance to meet Bob Navarre while at the dealership purchasing my new CRV (shortly after the above mentioned mechanical situation with another vehicle). Mr. Navarre is genuinely appreciative of your business and truly wants you to be happy when you purchase from him. I know this is a long review, but I must give a final shout out to Gilberto, Andreas and the rest of the detailing staff who have the job of making your vehicle pretty before you reunite with it in the delivery center. I arrived in the delivery area to take possession of my new sparkling CRV and Gilberto, Andreas and their crew were feverishly working to make my vehicle the best it can be. These gentlemen work behind the scenes and likely do not get the thanks they deserve. Thank you, gentleman, for caring about my vehicle. For asking me to walk around it and make sure it was perfect. Johnathan is the best! Johnathan was wonderful to work with! I called Valley honda to inquire about a Honda odyssey I saw on the website. We live an hour away and we didn't want to make the trip to Valley Honda unless we were sure we would be buying. He helped us pick a van via email, text, phone calls and photos. We appreciated ALL is hard work! We were beyond impressed with Johnathan, the facility and our new van! They even gave us a great trade in value on our van!
