Having sold cars myself in the 1950's, I have always felt ill at ease in dealing with car salesman when I would purchase a car. Some of them made me feel like I was out of touch with reality when it came to ill at ease in dealing with car salesman when I would purchase a car. Some of them made me feel like I was out of touch with reality when it came to car buying. That is not the case at Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. My son and daughter-in-law bought a new Honda Odyssey in December 2011 and went on and on about Steve Grady, the salesman who sold them the car. My first thought was, "This guy is too good to be true". I found out, everything they said about Steve was true. I never imagined that I would find a car salesman as sincere and honest as Steve. He made me feel like I was the only one who was buying a car from him. Picked us up at the train station, simply explained everything my wife and I asked in detail and most important, he spoke to us honestly. Like all customers, I wanted the "best deal" and Steve provided that. The price steve gave me was way better than seven other dealers I got a quote from. I have never had the experience of visiting a dealership as big, clean and most important, friendly to the customer as Steve Grady and Valley Honda was to us. More

I just purchased Honda Odyssey 2010 from Nick of Valley Honda. I've been visiting several dealerships to find out a family car. It was the BEST of them. The experience was one of a kind with a top professional attitude. I reviewed their inventory down selected a couple options and test drove the vehicle. After the test drive I was provided a tour of their services lines and facility which is pretty impressive and neat. The tour ends in a customer wait area with yes "Starbucks" coffee, Apple computers for the kids and even a little nursery for toddlers or infants with a video coverage so you can see them from the relaxing lounge. How cool is that! I recommend working with Jose and Mohit who helped me through the process and I am very happy with my Honda purchase.
