This will be our 3rd or 4th new car purchase from Valley Honda, my wife and I love the fact the don't play any games like so many car dealerships do. We were able to contact Steve via the computer. (Actually Steve contacted us when we did a search.) We were given a quote and able to do the credit check online. When we contacted Steve about the Civic he in Steve contacted us when we did a search.) We were given a quote and able to do the credit check online. When we contacted Steve about the Civic he informed us that he would meet with us at anytime. When we went to the dealer Steve met us immediately and the car was ready for us to test drive. After the test drive we signed all the approppriate papers and financing paperwork. Steve showed us all the buttons and bows and we were out the door. Steve contacted us the next day to make sure we were happy. He has contacted us several times to make sure we are happy and has given us the "Whose Who" list of everyone at Valley Honda. This is the second Civic we have bought from Valley. We are very happy with the service and feel that if there are any problems or questions we can contact Steve and he will take care of us. We worked with Chuck to purchase a 2012 Pilot in May 2012. I loved that upon leaving the dealership on our first visit, we had a price they would see us the Pilot for we thought was incredibly fair - I 2012. Recently purchased a CRV EXL 2013 from Nick and Katy at this dealer. I did all of my research online and was going towards the 2012 due to financing incentives. After going back and forth just a few times via phone both Katy and Nick were able to accomdoate our needs on a 2013 EXL for 10+% under invoice. Not only did they meet our needs, my wife changed her minda at the last minute on the actual color of the vehicle. This is generally not an issue, however, ours was already cleaned up and waiting in the pickup area. Nick had no problem in swapping out the vehicle for our color choice. Great customer service. I have been a Honda owner for the last 17 years of my driving career and will continue to patronize Valley Honda due in part to the incredible experience received by both Nick and Katy. I would also like to mention that they dealership went over an extensive overahaul over the last 2 years and no longer makes you feel "trapped" in when negotiating. Like I said, we did most of our negoiating via phone, however there were a few minor things that needed to be done on site and this was done in the cafeteria area. I woudl highly recommend both Nick and katy as well as Valley Hoda to anybody seeking aboth a great deal and experience in purchasing their next Honda. Thank you More

Mr. Barsolona was attentive during the process and took the time to answer all of our questions about some of the new features of our new CRV. Our previous Hondas were sold to us by Mr. Mimbs who we've learned has been promoted to a manager role and we were not surprised in his success either. He had us work with Joe and we were delighted to know we now have two outstanding professional contacts at Valley Honda. One of the key attributes that we are repeat customers of Valley Honda is their service department who have always kept our vehicles in top running condition whenever any problem has been noticed. Over the two weeks of the negotiating, purchase, and delivery process, he displayed a thorough knowledge of the vehicles he was selling, and on the rare occasion when asked a question to which he did not have an immediate answer either from memory or documentation at hand, he left to find a person more expert than himself who did have the correct answer. In short, he, unlike current politicians, did not fabricate or lie about any matters of concern. Also throughout the purchase and delivery process, it was self evident that Brian had an easy rapport with everyone at Valley Honda from the Porters through Managers, some of the latter which I would find difficult to remain civil to had I been in Brian’s position. My husband and I are repeat Valley Honda customers and we purchased another new car this past week. Out of the 8 Hondas we have owned, 5 of them have come from Valley Honda. Even though I have another big-name dealership just blocks from my house, we travel to Valley for the excellent treatment/service. As a woman, I had found car dealerships to be intimidating to say the least. Valley is friendly and we are never pressured. They seem to want the customer to be “comfortable” both in negotiations and in handling the sale and the after sale service. Joe Barcelona was our salesman this time around – he’s a prize and a gentleman. They are lucky to have him on staff and he never rushed us through any of our visits. We will surely look for him when we are ready for the next new car. And the owner, Bob, personally spent time with us when we picked up the new car. He's a personable fellow who chatted and questioned us about our experience with them. He was delighted to learn we were repeat customers. The Service Dept. is clean, bright and efficient and often the vehicle is ready is less than the time quoted. I have never had any issues with any of the service people or the actual work. We were trying to think of something they could improve on, but we really cannot. These are some of the reasons this dealership does such a large volume……………but first and foremost is the “friendly” non-pressuring atmosphere that they share with their customers.
