The salesman who greeted us at the door was Joseph Barsalona, and we feel very lucky he was the one! He was friendly without being pushy. The black Friday ad brought us in to see if the car we wanted was on the lot and if we could end up near the price we had in mind. This will be our last vehicle purchase and money is an issue. Joe paid attention on the front end. He was always a class act. He didn't have to sell us on the car - he just had to present the offer and he did that very well. After the business end was settled, Joe was a real hand holder. We had to prolong our visit and wait until Monday for the wire transfer and that was tricky. I like to tease that Joe became my new best friend very quickly. I called him back today to ask about how I could play and charge my IPod in the Pilot EX (there is NOTHING in the manual about this issue with the EX.) He sent me to Radio Shack for a $5.00 item that became a $50 investment (the young man there was also a great salesman and didn't lead me astray - but owes the sale to Joe!) Joe walked me through programming the cell phone into the car and some of the things that were new and/or different from our prior Pilot. He kept wiping the car every time anyone touched it. It got home to Arkansas last night with only a few drops of water on the windshield (we missed the snow storm) and we feel obliged to wipe it down with the magic cloth too. However, I had the good fortune on that day of being greeted at the door by Mario Morath, and my fears were quickly put to rest. Mario was personable, low-key, well-informed and extremely competent. He was very easy to talk to, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. My husband felt the same way when he returned to Valley Honda with me a couple of weeks later. We were also visiting other dealerships, and it actually took us about three months to make a final decision, but throughout the process, Mario maintained a perfect balance of staying in touch (and keeping us informed about special deals) and giving us the space we needed to do comparative shopping. As it turned out, no other dealer could compare with the good deal we got at Valley Honda. Our entire experience was very positive, and I just can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from everyone at the dealership, but especially from Mario. If you are looking for a car and want a low-stress, no hassle experience, I highly recommend that you visit Valley Honda and ask for Mario Morath. That is not to say we don't shop other car manufacturers and dealers. We continually return initially to Valley Honda because they are extremely competitive on price. They are upfront and truthful with you and do not require days or weeks of haggling to get the best price. Honda is also a great product. However, once you are at Valley Honda, the service they offer is stellar. This recent purchase was for a CRV for my wife. My wife was especially grateful for her being treated as a customer and not having the attention directed solely at me (the male). Once I identified that this will be my wife’s car, both Joe and Kurt made sure that her opinions were taken first, she was looked at in the eye, spoken to and that she was the one they were dealing with. They were respectful and did not place either of us in a typical used car high pressure situation. This has not been the case at various Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Hyundai dealerships we have visited in the past; which fell into the old car dealership paradigms. We had been looking for a nice, used Honda Civic Coupe for our son for a while. When we found a car on autotrader.com, Jab went out of his way to follow up with us. It would have been easy to dismiss thi for our son for a while. When we found a car on autotrader.com, Jab went out of his way to follow up with us. It would have been easy to dismiss this car because of the distance from our home, but Jab reassured us that we would not be disappointed. We had to travel almost 5 hours to get to their dealership, and when we arrived, we were greeted by Jab. He had come in, even though it was his day off. He helped us find the BEST CAR, we couldn't be happier. It was even better than described on autotrader and Jab was right, we were not disappointed! The dealership is well appointed, we were very comfortable while we were waiting for all of the processing to go through. Very clean, great T.V. area, with awesome coffee. There were even laptops for customers to use, if wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a car, and I would give Jab's name. Jab was very professional but friendly. It was like we had known him all along, and he was genuine. Roxanne, the financial person, was a great help too. I will be shopping for another car in less than 2 years, for our daughter, and would travel the distance again to get that great customer service. I hope that Jab is there, I trust him. More

We recently bought our first new SUV, Honda Pilot 2012 -Touring. Jab Rahman was our sales guy. Because, our selected color was not available we have to wait for around 5 weeks. Jab made the wait easier. He called us and keep us up-to-date on the delivery times and answered all our questions during that time. We got the car delivered on the date it was promised and there were no surprises. Jab made the delivery process very pleasant and clear. As any other sales person he presented all the option on car accessories , protection packages and warranty but he was not at all pushy. I never felt the pressure to buy anything which I did not want. In-fact he helped me figure out what I really need and want I don't need.
