While the sale was completed elsewhere I appreciated Brad's availability, professional communication skills, and his ability maintain contact over a period of a few months without being over-bearing (flooding my in-box) or stand-offish (letting the trial go cold.) In the end, the only reason my deal did not happen with Brad is very simple. Brad can only take price to a certain point and at that point management sets the threshold where a dealership draws the line of a sale. Brad worked with me on every aspect of a potential deal: Sale price of a new unit, costs of accessories, potential value of my trade. Furthermore, he provided accurate OTD pricing that gave me very clear indication where my deal would land should we come to terms with a deal. After spending a year discussing an Odyssey purchase with probably 60 employees across 40-some dealers I can honestly share with you Brad is in an exclusive group of Honda sales staff: He's somebody I'd call tomorrow if I needed a Honda.
