He was on top of everything as we already knew the exact car we wanted to purchase and had our financing and sale price in Working with Sal was great. There was no pressure and he made sure all of our questions were answered. He worked with us and we are certain we got a great price and financing on the Civic. He also gave us a tour of the dealership and informed us of the discounts on having the car serviced there. We will be returning to Sal the next time we need another Honda. He is a great person to do business with! We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help. He was every bit as kind, caring, and knowledgeable as before but it meant even more this time as my parents are 77 and 85 years old. Andy made the process as expeditious as possible but he also took all the time my folks needed to answer questions and teach features. It takes a special kind of person to balance both so well in a world geared to the young. He made us all feel valued and respected and I am grateful for all he did to make my parents' new car a reality. More
