They made everything feel simple and smooth, with no pressure and just there to answer any questions we had; and that they absolutely did for us. Alex let us test drive a a lot of cars and never made us feel rushed or that he was bothered at all by that. Matt was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the car. We also got to pleasure to work with Jack who got our deal done for us and explained all different options we had at that time for what we were looking for. We were happily lucky we landed with Nick Theodor as our sales consultant. He was personable but not pushy and listened to what we were looking for. We felt that Nick understood that customers don't do this everyday like he does and patience makes everyone more comfortable in their choices. We ended up with a wonderful deal with a trade in and told them that a major factor was no dealer add ons that others include to pad the sale. Jack Davis from Management came in to help explain the nuances of the trade in when we had a mind block on the numbers and we also appreciate his explanations and patience. Nick even helped set up some of the car options with our preferences during delivery that same visit. We are coming back for sure when the time comes for when our daughter is ready for her car. We have been buying Hondas for more than 30 years and negotiations can be long and contentious, but not this time. Even speaking with Ken Negley from Finance was surprisingly easy. More
