He made the process a lot more enjoyable than I was expecting, and addressed every concern I had completely. Mohit was the sale manager for my experience, and he had all of the answers to the nitty gritty hard to explain questions. I had my parents hovering over me for the whole process, but both Ken and Mohit did a phenomenal job of ensuring that all of their questions and concerns were completely addressed even though I was the only one signing for the car. The good service even continued after the sale, as I decided to cancel a certain protection plan I realized I did not need after-all. I was already back in college at this point, but the dealership was nice enough to pay for and organize one day shipping to get me a new contract to sign in time for the deadline since I could not make it there in person. Great experience!!! I found the exact vehicle we had been searching for posted on the Valley Honda website. Jack Davis one of the managers helped us negotiate a deal and I found the exact vehicle we had been searching for posted on the Valley Honda website. Jack Davis one of the managers helped us negotiate a deal and was very respectful of our family's time. The 2018 Honda Pilot was aggressively priced compared to the market. Our salesman, Eddie Sanchez sent us a customized video of the vehicle that same day. We came all the way up to Valley Honda the next day from Evansville, Indiana to check it out. They had the car waiting there for us to check out and they stayed late to accommodate our late arrival. Eddie took us for a test drive and respected that we knew much about the vehicle already. He left me and my husband alone to look over the car. It was a last minute idea to do yet another search online for the vehicle we wanted. Glad we decided to check out the car at Valley Honda! Despite the fact the dealership was a considerable distance away, it was worth the time. None locally could match or beat their price for the same make and model and it was the exact color we has been searching for. Needless to say they were short and to the point. Hid no punches and sold us a solid vehicle. I get really stressed dealing with car dealerships but Jack and Eddie were so awesome! Honest and quick to respond and just all around genuine guys. All around great sales team! I was in the market for a new vehicle and came in to test drive a newer Honda Accord. Brandon was very helpful in understanding what I was looking fo I was in the market for a new vehicle and came in to test drive a newer Honda Accord. Brandon was very helpful in understanding what I was looking for and why. He shared some of his own experiences about his Hondas for his family. Negotiation was very reasonable and respectful, I'm sure it helped that I did all my research before hand on the exact car, trim, options, etc. I scheduled my pickup for a day that was convenient for me but Brandon was off. Thus, Andrew stepped in to be my liaison for the closing. I appreciate how well the Valley Honda sales team works together and that even though Andrew wasn't my original salesmen I still received the overall VIP treatment. More over I appreciate that clear communication from both Brandon and Andrew that I was never just sitting there for even 10 minutes at any point without knowing exactly what was going on. More
