When I reached out to Eddie regarding purchasing a smaller vehicle a few weeks ago, he promptly responded with the information I requested. Then, when I mentioned I was not ready to purchase anything yet, he did not turn around and put any pressure on whatsoever. Eddie did what he always does, and simply waited for me to be ready to initiate moving forward. Even after I changed vehicle models and colors, Eddie remained patient, enthusiastic, and professional. We had a very smooth and positive experience with Valley Honda. Eddie was phenomenal to work with, he was patient with us and very thorough. After purchasing our new car, he took a lot of extra time with us Honda. Eddie was phenomenal to work with, he was patient with us and very thorough. The facility and amenities were great, especially the kids room and the TV screen outside of the room that allowed us to monitor our children. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. My husband and I both agree that this was the most positive and least stressful car buying experience we’ve had. We would definitely come back! More
