Aaron Schoenack and Marshal Girodat kept us totally informed on when the car was being assembled in Germany, went to port, and arrived in the U.S. Matt Walz put the financing together and all we did was come in an sign the papers. There was no waiting for paper work. There is a lady and we think her name is Kris who does the ordering of cars. She was most supportive and pleasant when we came in to pick up our new 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige. Marshal Girodat provided an outstanding training session on our new car. We are slow learners and Marshal made the complicated issues easy and fun to learn. This car purchase at Valley Imports was the best car purchase we had ever encountered and we have bought many new cars. We will be repeat customers. More
