This was by far the best sales experience I have ever had at any dealership. Kevin Duenwald really took the time to understand what I wanted in both a car and financing options and went out of his way to mak at any dealership. When I purchased my new vehicle, Kevin delivered the car 75 miles right to my home and picked up my trade-in. He did this the same day I called and finalized the terms of the purchase. Kevin does a fantastic job as your main man on internet sales and contacts. I wasn't sure what car I was going to buy for my wife for Christmas, the MB ML 350 was simply one of many on my radar. His email responses to my many inquiries were prompt, pleasantly courteous, and provided me exactly the information I needed. When I gave Kevin the details of the ML 350 I wanted, he "immediately" went to work searching for my exact specifications.
