Even though I made an appointment for services months in advance and arrived on time, a requested part was not available for installation and my vehicle sat idle for over a hour before services began. After driving a hour to the dealership, sitting for a hour waiting to get started was a waste of my time. To add to this, the oil for my 70K service was not topped off and the "Service Required" notification was not reset during the 2 hours it took to perform services. I get it, the service department is over saturated with work, but appointments and the requirements during the appointment should be honored by requested parts being available, service technicians ready, and services performed to standard. Overall, the installation of 1 of 2 parts and an oil change should not have taken 4 hours (I arrived at 8am and left shortly before noon). Thanks and have a great day!
