It started on the Internet on a Sunday looking at prices. I asked a question in the chat box and was fortunate enough that a fantastic person Kevin Davis was on the other end. He immediately was engaging and responded to all my questions. Now this is at 10am the dealership isn't even opened yet, but Kevin immediately gave me his number to ask any further questions. We talked later and set up an appointment for the next day. It was the most relaxed I have ever been in a dealership. He was very attentive and respectful to what I was looking for. In fact he had the car waiting for me. I could tell that he truly cared about his job and also cared that I walked out of there a happy customer and person. It was by far the best experience i have ever had buying a car. I will never go to another place and for that matter neither will my family. Falls city earned my loyalty and my families all from Kevin representing them in a way that is rare in the industry, by being himself! Thank you Kevin!! More

Hands down, best experience buying a new car, ever, period. Stopped in on a Sunday not even knowing the dealership was open on Sundays. Was looking at trading a car in and buying new. They had the vehicle I had researched and wanted on the lot. Took a test drive, agreed upon a price, agreed upon a trade in value, put a deposit down before I left, and took delivery of the car the next day. There is absolutely zero chance I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else in the state, and for that matter, I am not even sure if I could have done better anywhere on the east coast. Numerous times I have left dealerships after buying a car with a sinking feeling that they "got me" somehow. I did not have that feeling leaving Falls motor city. I have never felt better about buying a new car in my life. Low pressure, fair, patient, all the things that other dealerships have reputations for not being, Falls motor city is. I already know that when we are ready for the next new car, there is no point in going anywhere else. More

Although Falls Motor City is over an hour away from my home, I found the exact car in stock I've been looking for a new Cherokee for several months. I arrived, the Jeep was at the door and Kevin had the key. Test drive, a couple questions and and within hour the deal was done. I came back the next day to pick it up. Great service Betsey is the best service rep I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I had to have some recall work done on my Grand Cherokee. When I called on F Betsey is the best service rep I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I had to have some recall work done on my Grand Cherokee. When I called on Friday, Betsy checked to see that they had the parts. She made an appointment for me to have the work done the following Tuesday. She had a Town and Country minivan for me to use while I had the work done. I was out the door in ten minutes! She was organized! She called me when the work was done and did not wait until the end of the day until the dealership was about to close which has happened at my old dealership. Everyone at the Falls Motor City asks if they can help you and they have a very customer oriented culture. I am impressed and happy I found them. Don MacKay More
