He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee we just purchased. His general demeanor and approach toward "selling" a car was like nothing we've ever experienced. Not once did my wife or I feel pressured into a "Sales Pitch" mentality. It's rare that you kind find that kind of balance and he truly exemplifies the ideal sales rep. I had visited a few other dealerships first, but Josh was the only one that made me feel like I wasn't getting pressured into something. When that lease expired, I was in search of a cheaper automotive option. I did not expect another Chrsyler to be an option but stopped by Falls Motor City anyway. I told them that I was looking to pay about half of my last lease cost and they actually figured out a way to make it work. I am happy to be leasing another Chrysler and it would not have been possible without Josh and Falls Motor City. If you are looking for a car I would heavily recommend them. I'll go back in 3 years and see if they can go 3 for 3. More

Just what we needed We were looking to get out of our car we were already financing. After calling and talking to Kevin on the phone about a couple of vehicles my wife an We were looking to get out of our car we were already financing. After calling and talking to Kevin on the phone about a couple of vehicles my wife and I found on their website, we drove up the next day to see them. We met Kevin and he showed us the vehicles and let us take them for a spin, explaining the different features in each one. Back at the dealership to work numbers, never once was there any pressure tactics nor holding us hostage by keeping our other car keys. We finally came to an agreement on cost relatively quickly and started signing papers. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable of our new car we purchased. I felt so relaxed at Falls Motor City and have already recommended the dealership and Kevin to others. Being VERY satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end, I look forward to doing business with them and Kevin when the time comes in the future. More

My husband told him to direct his comments to me since it would be my car. Jerome did just that. I felt very comfortable in Falls Motor City. There was no pressure to purchase. They were willing to do the paperwork for me after they closed but I didn't want anyone to have to stay late so they gave me the new car to drive home and I went back the next day to finish paperwork.
