I looked online and found Falls Motor City had just what I was looking for. When we arrived; we were greeted by Jerome Gordon. He patiently answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. My husband told him to direct his comments to me since it would be my car. Jerome did just that. I felt very comfortable in Falls Motor City. There was no pressure to purchase. I am so very happy with my new minivan and can't wait to take Benny on his first ride. Now my big dog can ride in comfort. More

Amanda is a great salesperson!! I bought a new Caravan form Falls. I went there to test drive a used car and it just wasn't for me. Amanda spent a long time with me in the lot lookin I bought a new Caravan form Falls. I went there to test drive a used car and it just wasn't for me. Amanda spent a long time with me in the lot looking for a car that would suit my needs. I decided on a car and the sale went very smooth. They were willing to do the paperwork for me after they closed but I didn't want anyone to have to stay late so they gave me the new car to drive home and I went back the next day to finish paperwork. The finance person was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

This girls finally got her truck! I was totally impressed with Andy's hard work and expertise. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in this big decision, even if it me I was totally impressed with Andy's hard work and expertise. Loving my new Jeep! Kevin was amazing to work with! If it wasn't for his hard work and dedication I might not have gotten the vehicle I wanted. He luckily was on line at 11:00 at night and was able to chat w my husband and set up everything we needed to find my dream car. He was very accommodating to the fact that we live an hr away w a newborn and took care of everything so we wouldn't have to waste time driving all that way for nothing. It was definitely worth it seeing as Kevin was such a joy to work with and made us both feel very comfortable in the purchase we made. Does not listen to the customer I worked with David McGraw the Internet Sales Manager, and explained specific parameters about the loan that I needed. I also feel that raising your voice to potential buyer is extremely rude. When I tried to explained that to the Sales Manager, he said well ma'am I was there when he explained that to you. No you weren't because I would have told you no thank you and not wasted nearly 3 days. I can wait to buy this car and I will certainly not recommend you to anyone else. I was only look at this dealership, because you inherited me as a customer from Ray Thomas. Thanks but no thanks. I tried to speak with the General Manager at the time, but he was not available today when I called. More
