When we arrived, Oscar met us and quickly got is into a car we liked. We talked further and explained our “less than optimal” credit scores to him to which he informed us that leasing wasn't for us. He then took inventory of our situation and sought out to find the perfect car for us. Oscar made it a point to help find the best financing options and kept to our request of a low monthly payment. My husband and I weren't set on buying a car that day so weren't aggressively looking. Oscar was accepting of that, laid back and not pushy. He found our car in the back- where Valley Nissan had just acquired it. The tires were worn and the mirror was broken off and it was still dirty. Oscar ensured the car would get brand new tires, the mirror fixed, the car detailed and that the shop would make sure everything was up to par. We purchased it and the financing advisor, Chris, even worked to reduce our loan term for us. Oscar then made the arrangements to have our car worked on within just a few days. We brought our newly purchased car to their shop and overnight it was like brand new. Great service and great guys! More

The process was quick (which is what we wanted!) and we test-drove and purchased the car within 2 hours. Zac was knowledgeable with regard to various pricing options and gave us a really GREAT deal. It was also gave us peace of mind to know that the car had undergone a 150 point safety check before being sold. Quality customer care I had spent six months researching and shopping for a car. I had gone to other dealerships, and it wasn't until I had gone to Valley Nissan that I fin I had spent six months researching and shopping for a car. I had gone to other dealerships, and it wasn't until I had gone to Valley Nissan that I finally purchased a vehicle. During the week of 04/21/14 I decided to look at new car as mine had over 205,00 I was the owner of a 2005 Nissan Altima which I purchased brand new. During the week of 04/21/14 I decided to look at new car as mine had over 205,000 miles on it. This car was still running as good as the day It was purchased. I moved to Colorado in 2006 and this car was serviced at Valley Nissan for everything from that time on. Their service consultant that always took care of me is Norm. On Friday, 04/25/14 my Wife and I went to Valley Nissan, this was after going to several other Nissan dealers. The sales person that took care of us was Zac FitzGerald. He took time to explain all the features on the SL model that I was interested in. We took a test drive and found the car to be superb. We than discussed prices at which time I advised Zac we would think about it and get back to him. My Wife and I reviewed all the prices we had gotten from the dealers and decided that we were very pleased with Valley Nissan and the very professional manner in which Zac handled himself. We went back on Saturday, 04/26/14 and discussed trading in our 2005 Altima. The trade in price and the bottom line price that Valley Nissan and quoted to us for the new Altima was such that we purchased the new car at that time. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Nissan to any person looking for a new car. More

When I told the service guy on the phone, perhaps he could have said - yup, seen this before, need a new bar, and we will replace it for you in one visit. Nope, had to go in, have them play with it and confirm that it needs a new bar, and you need to come back again when we get the part. So I take it in again. While drilling out the screws in the old rack, the mechanic looses control of his drill and scratches the roof paint. Uh hello, put down a protector pad first eh? So now I have to leave the truck there several days while they repaint the roof. At least they're making it right, and giving me a loaner during the process, but you know, really.... More

The first dealership he had mentioned was Valley Nissan in Longmont, CO. Though, he did not end up purchasing a vehicle from there, he said there fairness in price and customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, I too did not make a purchase from them as well, but it had nothing to do with their customer service...just found a better deal. Make them your first choice. More
