Even more they beat out another competitor on price even though the other dealerships vehicle had hail damage. On coming into the dealership Jorge was busy with another customer Sara came in and took great care of me. Even though I came in with check in hand she tried to get me the best rate that we could get. She is very knowledgeable and answered any and every question that I had for her. Tori made the finance paperwork extremely easy and streamlined so I wasn’t sitting around for hours. As a buyer, it's a big decision to purchase a vehicle.....one which requires patience, thought and evaluation, on a number of other different dealer/brands and models. We spent a good portion of the morning with Nick looking over the features and test driving. Then he and Management allowed us to leave and go offsite to discuss. (We were gone well into the afternoon.) With the promise that the specific vehicle we were interested in, would not be sold out from under us. When we came back...we closed the deal within a couple of hours and drove out with our new Subaru "Ascent"......and certainly the feeling we made the right choice !!!! More
