We were greeted by Mr. Mc Louth dressed in a comfortable (slightly worn) green golf shirt and asked,"May I help you?" " We would like to speak to Tom Price." Save your money and take your business elsewhere. I bought a car from them about 18 months ago and have had an unusally high number of issues that have sprung up in that time frame. About a month after bought a car from them about 18 months ago and have had an unusally high number of issues that have sprung up in that time frame. About a month after I bought it I turned on the air conditioner, that's when I found that they never changed the cabin filter before I bought it. It also had a noise in the back end. The Service Manager looked at it, drove it around and said that the hold down for the spare tire was loose and he tightened it. Before I could even get out of the driveway the noise was back. The problem was a bad control arm in the backend and a bad rear wheel bearing... I had it fixed elsewhere since they were so insistent that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Also the muffler seemed unusally loud. They insisted that there was nothing wrong with the muffler, yet when I took it to another garage and stood by and watched as the muffler was removed and on top of the muffler was a quarter sized hole. My question is if they prepped the car as throughly as they claimed how could these issues have been missed? Their answer (as expected) "oh it must have happened after you took ownership of the vehicle." Well guess what, these types of issues don't reach this level of severity in 45 days time. This place is definately not the same place it used to be, the new owners are nothing more then scam artist! Save yourselves and buy from the more reputable dealerships out there. More
