Very professional. Was in looking at trucks and had picked one out. Wanted to come back the next day to possibly complete the deal. The sales person recommended leaving a deposit, I didn't want to because I felt it wasn't necessary. He didn't pressure me at all, just respected my decision not to.
That's one of several reasons why I bought the truck the next morning. He made the deal the way I was comfortable with, no pressure to buy now.
When I left the first day, he thanked me and shook my hand. He said call me tomorrow when you're coming in. I knew he really didn't want me to leave and I am sure the manager really wanted a commitment, but they didn't show it. They gave me my space.
That kind of respect for the customer doesn't happen much anymore.
Naturally everyone wants to get a great deal, but it seems there specialty is fair deal for both with a ton of respect.
They now have my vote!!
