This is by far the WORST dealership to do business with!!!! I bought a brand new vehicle and drove out from California to pick it up. Upon arrival and walk around I noticed a HUGE dent in the truck ha with!!!! I bought a brand new vehicle and drove out from California to pick it up. Upon arrival and walk around I noticed a HUGE dent in the truck hatch of my brand new Acadia. Yvonne and Mihui the sales rep and manager told me not a problem that they would pay for a body shop by me to fix it and that I should take it to the body shop recommended by my local dealership. They also said they would get me into a rental while my car was being repaired. I followed those recommendations and sent them the quote and they began to argue telling me they weren’t paying for that amount even though it was in my contract that they would pay for it. Then they made me take my own time to go get them 3 other quotes. After running around for them they finally decided on a shop. The body shop told me it would be a week to fix and I passed that info along. They also said it was an estimate and that if any additional damage was noted that the estimate would increase. The manager David said they would get me a check and take care of it and then the GM would not send me the check. The GM then tried to send me a document stating the only money they are giving is for the original estimate, not the final cost, and that they aren’t paying for a rental. DO NOT BUY from these ppl they are disgusting and scam their customers. They also tried pulling a fast one over me and adding in an extended warranty contract which I had to sign off and I still haven’t seen that money either. SHADY BUSINESS!!!! More

He did not greet me nor did he identify himself. I advised him that the saleslady had already shown me that feature and that she was doing fine in her assistance to me. The man did not respond, but turned his back and walked back inside. I asked the lady who he was and she advised that he was "her boss". I suggested that the manager needed some training in customer courtesy and respect for his own staff. I'll be looking to another dealer for that $72,000 vehicle. More

Wasted trip I stopped by at 11:30 without an appointment for the purpose of having someone go for a ride in my 2018 GMC Terrain (still under warranty) to listen p I stopped by at 11:30 without an appointment for the purpose of having someone go for a ride in my 2018 GMC Terrain (still under warranty) to listen popping noise in the steering when turning. The noise is fairly pronounced. I wanted someone to go for a ride IN THE PARKING LOT to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive and determine a plan of action. The noise is loud enough that they wouldn't have to leave the dealership to hear it. I waited 5-7 minutes for TIM to speak to me. He said the shop foreman is the ONLY person that can do this and he is on a test drive (waiting for the shop foreman to return and then go for a 30 second ride in the parking lot was clearly not an option) and since that is the case, I have to make an appointment and return at a later date. I am not going to return as I was already there. More
Came in Friday for a Yukon 2020. Was told the vehicle was in stock. Saw one similar to it and was told it would be in by the next day for review and pick up. Even put down $5000 to hold the vehicle. Saturday came around and they gave us the run around. Sunday same story. Had to drive back home and was told they would drive it to us Monday ready to go. It's Monday and we have nothing except $5000 gone and the same run around story. Called the sister store they claimed it was at. They don't even have that car in stock. Our car salesman was great. Very polite and kind. But the way business is handled and communication is awful. Mangers aren't the best. Cancelled our "deal". Going somewhere else. More
I bought a used Honda Accord hybrid from Van Buick GMC and after one week of ownership I had a maintenance light come on saying my car needed maintenance. It's a service that is aupposed to change spark and after one week of ownership I had a maintenance light come on saying my car needed maintenance. It's a service that is aupposed to change spark plugs and adjust the intake and exhaust valves on the motor. When I bought the car they showed me how the vehicle had a full inspection and it was good to go. After only one week of ownership I was not expecting the car to need a service that would cost me $550.00 to have done. They have done absolutely nothing to take care of this for me or help me out. I can't speak for buying a new car from them but I would avoid buying a used car from them at all cost. Once you drive off the lot with a used car they will not do anything for you. More

Jacob was able to find an appointment for me on short notice during the holidays. knowing that the repairs might take a significant amount of time, Jacob offered to drive me to a location of my choice if I preferred. Additionally, the Manager, Matt Cerreta walked in to the service area to check and see that everything was going well and asked customers if they needed anything. I cannot recommend Van Buick GMC enough! More

Unexpectedly got a new Buick Encore. Walked in to discuss a car for my husband. Got a new for me instead. I love that Encore. I loved the music that was playing and had an opportunity to chat with numerous other employees, which I love to do. I was just a lively place to be. More
