After leasing 0ur 2014 Buick LaCrosse, we decided to buy it along with an extended warranty for six years (72 plan duration months and or 75.000 miles or six years, which ever came first).. The finance representative Michael Cerreta, led us to believe that we were buying the car with a Mechanical Protection Plan with 72 months or six More years and up to 75,000 miles. Did not have time to read the small paragraph that stated the actual warranty began when the car was first put in service; not when we decided to buy the same car we had leased for three years. Basically, we paid an additional $2,810.00 for coverage that already exited under the original manufactures warranty. This was very deceptive and misleading. I should note that we had also leased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse before leasing our 2014 Buick Lacrosse. More

Our most recent experience was the best - the service advisor did a great job of keeping us updated on what was going on, and asking our approval to fix a couple of issues the inspection revealed. The car was washed and we were out of there in a reasonable time, and still had the chance to enjoy a couple of (free) donuts. All in all, a great experience. More
