Setup service app for 21 Yukon Denali notice to service suspension soon warning. This started right after my oil change they did. I said it is one warning code and they could pull the code. He said we get 170 cars a day and I had to leave it. I said I could not. He offered no solution no loaner nothing. I left and they went into the system and listed it as if I CANCELED THE APP WHEN IN FACT THEY COULD NOT MEET THEIR OBLIGATIONS More
DO NOT GO HERE! ! They said they fixed my car and charged me $ 2000. I got in the car and it didn't start. Apparently, they didn't test drive it. They claimed it was ! They claimed it was the wiring that broke and charged me another $ 300.. The next day I drove the car and stopped at the stop sign. All the lights on the dash went on and the car died. Fluid came out under the car. So what did they fix? Apparently nothing! Can't believe the dealership is ripping us off. They used to be honest and reliable, not any more! What a scam!! More

On sheet he filled out, wasn't giving correct information on pricing. If you there please double check that document. I have never seen another dealer with this kind of document that shows your offer. They tell you the price of the truck after negotiating.Then tell you what they will give you in trade in. Then change it that includes trade in. Which story was changed after signed papers. The document looks like you getting discount on trade in. You're not the price they come back with is after trade in. Was told that when my husband signed. . General Manager just as bad. Unprofessional, they kept saying, we need a sale today so we are going to give you a good deal. Lied to about final price we negotiated before trade in. Actually paid full price. They may of made a sale. You will not get our business and others who purchase GMC's all the time. You made want to look at your sales model. That's probably why no customers were there. You're losing loyal customers. Just after a sale however you can get it. Lots of the same reviews on Facebook and social media. Should of read before. More

Dealership told me I couldn’t order a new canyon or Colorado, and that GM wasn’t taking custom orders. I went to another GMC dealership in Gilbert and they ordered it next day, and gave me a time frame Colorado, and that GM wasn’t taking custom orders. The sales person that met me when I parked wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know his name, but he talked down to me because I’m not 50 years old. Haylee Rios, the sales person I had the pleasure to work with. The entire process with her was a completly amazing experience to buy the truck I always wanted for a long time. Was unlike the normal experience of buying a vehicle from a dealership minus all things people hate for example no lies, no time wasted, very organized and detail orientated. Honest and very communicative in entire process. Loved the communication and sharing the location of the truck which was on a train from Detroit to Phoenix. Not only is she great at what she does as a sales person but also has a great personality too. More
I did a review a bit after I purchased the car. Approximately 3 times I was asked if I had done the review. I was asked by the sales person twice and by Tom B. once. This dealership is the worse I've ever been to and I've been to a few. My recommendatiion is to stay as far away from Van Buick GMC as possible! They are liars!! If I could give minus stars, I would!! What a joke. More
