When I talked to Kurt he said to bring it same day. I live 100 miles away and that was not possible. He then set an appointment for 4:45 the next day. I asked if he could get it done so late in the day? He said no. I explained that I would need a loaner vehicle to get home if not completed. He said no I would not get one. I asked to talk to a manager and he hung up on me!
