Sales people were awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, and direct but not pushy. Do not go to this dealership if you want a GMC or Chevy choose a different one. Salespersons have zero ethics and will do anything for a sale. I would not have traded my car in if I knew it would take this long. Only traded my car in due to falling on hard times. So you can see they are liars and will do anything for a sale. Lemon dealer. Promised to fix. Then they would not. Reported to salesman with in 14 days of purchase. Said to bring it in when we agreed. Then I left it for a Promised to fix. Then they would not. Reported to salesman with in 14 days of purchase. Said to bring it in when we agreed. Then I left it for a week. Nothing was done. Manager was rude, argumentative, and totally disrespectful. Would not fix it and even called me after I dropped it off to turn around and bring him gas for my car. Horrible nightmare. Motor mounts was broken when they sold it to me. Could at least sold me the correct warranty to have it replaced immediately. I will never refer them to anyone. I was a single young women they could force, manipulate, be very hard to tell no to. I tried leaving to go to another dealership. The salesman stood in front of me telling me all negative things trying to chorus me into staying. So I did, being vulnerable, target in a very bad situation with the car I traded in with. I had somewhat bad credit. I was not allowed any other car option than the Fiat they showed me. Said that was all my credit would work with in the sale. I called an verbally spoke to salesman with in the 14 days after purchase. He said the planned day to bring was ok no problem. He did not say you need to bring it today. He allowed me to wait 2 weeks later to physically bring it in to be fixed. I did. The manger of the service department was rude, did not even give me a slip that legally proved they even looked at it the whole week it was left there. He argued I didn’t bring it in soon enough for them to be obligated to fix. I said you clearly sold me a car with an expensive issue. I called as soon as possible and salesman agreed to fix. He said you did not speak to me. I also answered I was unaware that I had to. I dropped it off. Yes gas was low. I was ten mins away from the dealership, he asked me to go get him gas and bring it to him for my car. I was in shock! Never had anyone fixing a car I owned call and ask me that. For it to be well known dealership to do this was extremely unprofessional, rude, selfish, undermining, and strange to me. I priced the motor mounts after he directed me to the Fiat dealership to fix. The repairs being $800 dollars. I was very upset. I was already paying 28% in interest on my loan and payments were $454. Was never told the whole time I needed Gap Imsiramce until half way through signing documents for the sale. Later realized I would be upside down in the car, I contacted a lawyer, he asked me if I had it in writing they would fix it during the 14 day legal period after purchase. I said no I do not. Did not know I needed to. I thought I could trust there words. I contacted News 15. Got a case manager whom at first picked up my case. Later to tell me the salesman or anyone at Van Chevrolet would not come to the phone. Nor did they call back. She kept my case open for a month, then later proceeded to explain if they do not talk to me or return my calls unfortunately we cannot help you. I tried everything. Now I am writing my review on how horrible they forced me into purchasing a car that had major issues with no other car option to buy. More
