Had recall for my avalanche . Made an appointment for 8:15 am. Marco Lucero handled my service and said it will be done early afternoon, 1-2, and he will call me. I never got a call, and i called at 4pm 8:15 am. Marco Lucero handled my service and said it will be done early afternoon, 1-2, and he will call me. I never got a call, and i called at 4pm. Marco said they are finishing up paperwork and are washing it now and come on by and pick up. Five minutes later, Marco called me to say my truck is ready. When i got there, Marco said they were just now washing my truck??? I waited 15 min and he said he would check on it. He said they were just now washing it and it should not be long. 15 min later, Marco drove up in a Volt and said here is your car. My truck was done when i got there the whole time, and my side mirror does not work anymore. Not a happy camper!! More

Scott Daly is the pinnacle of professionalism when looking to buy a car. We all know how hard it is to buy a car, especially right now with all the crazy stuff going on. Scott made the process fast, easy, and NORMAL. He treated me like a friend, called 3 times before taking delivery (I had a few things installed) and had my new truck ready for Christmas Eve just like promised. He has a customer for life here. Thank you Scott, Danny the manager, Sammy the Finance guy, and Matt Cerreta the General Manager. Great team! More

I made plans to meet the salesman at 9:00 in the morning after dropping my kids off at school. When I showed up he couldn’t find the keys. Then the sales manager came over and told me the Suburban was sold after dropping my kids off at school. When I showed up he couldn’t find the keys. Then the sales manager came over and told me the Suburban was sold to someone 1st thing that morning and it was in the back getting ready for the new owner. I ended up walking through the service department with the salesman to try to find a new body style to look at because they didn’t have any on the lot. After walking through the service bays we ended up in front of the GMC/Buick dealership next door. In front of the dealership still covered in the previous nights rain water was the Suburban I went to look at/buy. I was lied to by the manager and they lost me as a customer. I bought a Trailblazer SS from Van Chevrolet in 2006. I will never give them my business again after that experience. More
