Service on 2013 Dodge Journey Recently bought a 2013 Dodge Journey, and after taking ownership, I was hearing noises from under the vehicle. Took it back in to get checked out and Recently bought a 2013 Dodge Journey, and after taking ownership, I was hearing noises from under the vehicle. Took it back in to get checked out and the service people found a cracked plastic cover under the right front, and replaced it. At first, I thought that took care of the noise. But when driving in very cold weather there was still some thumping going on. Took it in again and was given a free loaner to use while my vehicle was in the shop. I thought the problem was exhaust members banging on the frame, but what they found was struts that needed replacement (shows ya what I know!) The thumping is now GONE. I had purchased a service agreement so there was no charge, and since it was so soon after taking ownership, they even waved the deductible. This rates a "10" in my book! More
