Overall a good experience. On one hand they gave me more information than most dealers would about my car. On the other hand I felt they could have been more forthcoming about one small issue regarding form information than most dealers would about my car. We saw the van we wanted on line and contacted the dealership. It was Saturday at 11:00am. By 12:15 we had been contacted by Kelly and started the process of picking out a "new" car (used, but new t dealership. It was Saturday at 11:00am. She was honest with us and when we decided that we were no longer interested in that vehicle, she helped us find one that met our needs. The buying process was very easy and everyone was so pleasant to deal with. We bought the van, sight unseen, on a Wednesday and it was delivered to our driveway (in Michigan)on the following Tuesday at 6am. It was in incredible condition, spotlessly clean and with a full tank of gas. I have to admit I was a little leary buying a car I had never seen or driven before, but wow!, what a great experience. We will definatley give Kelly our business in the future. We just wished we lived close enough to use their service department!!!! More
