They took the VIN & mileage & a verbal description of the trade & gave me an acceptable offer with the agreement that if the trade looks better in person, they would give me even more. When I arrived, the car I had chose was exactly as advertised & ran great & as promised they gave me what I wanted for my trade & I was back on the road to Missouri within a half hour of arriving on their lot.
