Irene, We apologize for any inconvenience as it is never our intention to mislead a customer about a vehicle or the options it may contain. Furthermore our salesman are trained to show all available options on the test drive prior to the sale. Also, an original copy of the vehicles Monroney label detailing all of the options on the vehicle was given to you at delivery, as we were fortunate enough to retain it from the original owner who traded the van. Our sales manager, Josh Koon did offer to have the bluetooth handsfree phone activated at dealer cost as this feature may have been overlooked. Also at your request, two vehicle service contract options were presented in an effort to correct any inconvenience.
