I'm very happy with your salesman Brian, your service mgr and miss your service writer Matt . They are true customer oriented employees. My service records were NOT correct. This was for nobodys fault but the sales mgr. He made some promises to us, but NEVER had them put to our accounts or told service about them period. I made him sign a paper the day of purchase thank god. I was not goig to receive the things promised by him apparently without that document. The day your sales manager thinks he better than his customers. That's the day he can kiss my xxx!!!. People like that have NO place in customer service or customer loyalty. Just saying... More
