Brett at service, held truck for over a week and stated that the specialty mechanic would have to look at it and that's what was taking to long. When I dropped off the truck stating there was a rattle comi that the specialty mechanic would have to look at it and that's what was taking to long. When I dropped off the truck stating there was a rattle coming from under the steering wheel compartment. Told Brett that I took the two bolts out and they were in the cupholder because I was trying to locate the rattle while driving. When I picked it up 8 days later, the service team states that they installed two new bolts in the area because they were missing and that was causing some of the rattle. Left another note that they could not locate the true rattle and this is just what happens with these model of trucks and dash. Very disappointed in the entire service warranty experience from service at Van Hyundai. More
Problem with paint chipping on the back window and my car is under warranty. They make wired excuse & lies such as my car has salvage title not to fix my car. In Dallas/ Ft Worth they are rated worst and dishonest dealership to deal with in the area which is sadly the truth. If you don’t want to get burn don’t do business with them at all. More
