Bought a new Hyundai vehicle from Van Hyundai Carrolton on August 23, 2023. Dealer owes me a 5 figures payment of excess equity from my trade in. Dealer has given no reason as to why I have not received on August 23, 2023. Dealer owes me a 5 figures payment of excess equity from my trade in. Dealer has given no reason as to why I have not received payment 2 weeks later. Quit responding to my requests for status on getting the money they owe me. I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV which is under investigation. More
