Dealership staff was friendly, but the actual dealership tacked on almost $10k in extras and dealer "reconditioning" fees, then refused to truly negotiate on price. No guidance was provided on signing purchase and finance forms; optional forms were not plinted out as such. Finance staff spoke maybe 3 sentences, and only because conversation was initiated with them. As soon as purchase documents were signed, dealership became unresponsive. Vehicle was delivered a day late, and delivery on that day was after scheduled time. Dealer promised to complete minor fixes before delivery but failed to do so. Vehicle was delivered smelling like body odor inside. More
