In 10 minutes Chantal Becerra found us the car we had been looking for, I needed a new car but I had me heart on buying a specific color and model, I went to every dealership in D/FW and no one had it no been looking for, I needed a new car but I had me heart on buying a specific color and model, I went to every dealership in D/FW and no one had it nor were they able to locate with my specifications. I had almost given up and was going to settle for a car I wasn’t excited about, a friend asked me if I had looked into Van Hyundai in Carrollton, that’s when I realized I hadn’t been there, i was sure that they too would say that they didn’t have my car, I called and spoke with Chantal Becerra and she told me to give her 5 mins, low and behold when she told me to head in over because she had found what i was looking for, I couldn’t believe it. I was so elated. I wasted so much time looking everywhere and getting nowhere! I am sharing my experience with other interested potential buyers with the sole intention of helping others avoid wasting precious energy and time. This review is from a real customer, I need to say this because it sounds to good to be true, but the price they gave me for the car I wanted was lower than the car that was less nice or equipped that I had been one step away from settling for. I am grateful and so happy with the entire process, the entire team was kind and understanding, every where else I had felt rushed and pressured, but with Chantal we felt at ease. Simply wonderful! I love, love, love my new car!! More
