The dealership did try to sell additional services and products, but this has been normal with other dealerships we have purchased other vehicles with. Jakob Waldbusser was always the pivot point in all our dealings, and they always resulted in a transaction that was to our satisfaction and met with our already 'stubborn' want list ... equally in financial terms (we usually bought in cash and once with financing), and in the options we 'had' to have ... I have never seen them evade an issue or renege on a promise. We do not live in the immediate area, but we are not going to switch to any other dealer because of the distance. We have gone to other dealers and 'brands', and they were mostly nice people as well, but at Van's there always has been that extra effort, and feeling of integrity, and service to our needs. And that is why I wholeheartedly recommend these folks! More
