I have a good experience with the sales person but have an poor experience when I worked with finance team they are not transparent on details. fortunately I had find out they charged me $5400 without prov an poor experience when I worked with finance team they are not transparent on details. fortunately I had find out they charged me $5400 without providing details when I asked for reduced interest rate. Later I find out they charged $195 extra compared to what we agreed to. Later when I asked about it got to know that is for car paint protection which they never told me. and height is, accessories includes a security device which is not required for Hyundai Palisade, when I asked to give me security device details which I paid for dealership is denying that I paid. I called several times / mailed a few times to resolve or at least get a clarification, but they are avoiding. I will recommend to avoid this dealer or bi vigilant in the calculation which they are not transparent. More
